About the Job
We are seeking an experienced agricultural property solicitor to join our team in Cambridgeshire. The successful candidate will have a strong emphasis on unregistered land transactions and be able to provide expert advice to clients.
Responsibilities
- Managing files related to agricultural property transactions
- Developing business and sales strategies for agricultural properties
- Pursuing purchasing and planning disputes involving country estates
- Handling environmental matters related to agricultural properties
- Providing legal advice on agricultural property transactions
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' PQE
- Technical expertise in agricultural property highly advantageous
- Commercial Property knowledge with a strong emphasis on unregistered land transactions
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- A strong communicator comfortable working with a wide range of people
