Job Title: Agricultural Specialist

At MorePeople, we're looking for a skilled Agricultural Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work at a state-of-the-art facility in Cambridgeshire or Lincolnshire.

The successful candidate will have the autonomy to manage their own area of the glasshouse, with the support of a technical manager and a team of growers. As an Agricultural Specialist, you'll be responsible for pest management, irrigation, and weeding, as well as communicating with the team to ensure seamless operations.

This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. The position also comes with opportunities for career advancement and professional growth within the company.

To be considered for this role, you'll need a horticulture or related qualification and relevant industry experience. Ideally, you'll hold PA1 and PA6 spray certificates. If your CV isn't up-to-date, don't worry – just send what you have, and we'll help you sort the rest later.
