The ideal candidate will have experience working with others to deliver property-related works and a strong understanding of legislations and best practices. A proven track record of managing cyclical and capital work projects is also essential. They will be qualified to AssocRIC, MRICS CIOB, or Degree in Surveying and have a strong ability to extract and interpret computerised information and documentation.

The Property Services Manager will receive a salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including a company car, 25 days annual leave, pension scheme, life assurance, and employee advice service.
