Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled EMEA Sales professional to drive sales and promote our equity derivative products in the region. As an Equity Derivative Sales expert, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, focusing primarily on financial institutions, including Hedge Funds, Pension Funds, Long Short funds, and asset management firms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Promote D1 and Prime product offers to clients in the EMEA region, leveraging your expertise to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships while actively expanding the client base, with a focus on financial institutions, including Hedge Funds, Pension Funds, Long Short funds, and asset management firms.
  • Collaborate closely with trading, structuring, and quant teams to improve our system and infrastructure for equity derivatives, ensuring seamless execution and post-trade services.
  • Gather feedback from clients to inform pricing and product competitiveness strategies, enabling us to stay ahead in the market.
  • Prepare and provide market insights, trade ideas, and timely responses to client requests, demonstrating exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Manage the complete cycle of the trading process, including onboarding, trading, and post-trade services, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.
Requirements:
  • Approximately 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in sales and client relationship management.
  • Degree holder in Finance, Mathematics, Sciences, Engineering, or related disciplines, with a strong foundation in analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently, with a flexible approach to adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
