About the Job

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Global Field Enablement Manager to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our global sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing enablement strategies that drive growth, strengthen selling capabilities, and accelerate new hire sales readiness.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a high-growth technology company, with a proven track record of defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies. You will also possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets using Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute enablement strategies to accelerate growth and improve sales effectiveness
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key initiatives
  3. Analyze sales data to inform enablement programs and measure impact
  4. Provide coaching and training to sales teams on best practices and industry trends
