Job Title: EMEA Sales Manager – Fasteners

Harrison Scott Associates is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the EMEA Fasteners business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership and experience in the fasteners industry.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for implementing competitive sales strategies to achieve core business growth objectives. This includes:

  1. Providing direction for segments, establishing clear goals, strategies, and initiatives.
  2. Driving necessary changes to ensure achievement of divisional financial and non-financial metrics.
  3. Focusing on employee sales training and account management.
  4. Being responsible for attaining plan objectives for the Fasteners EMEA business.

Requirements:


5 years of experience in a Senior Sales leadership role.
