Build a Thriving Sales Team in EMEA
Klaviyo is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our EMEA team and drive business growth. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the MarTech SaaS industry
- Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Fluent English language skills, with additional languages a plus
