Mid-Market Account Handler

We are seeking an experienced Account Handler to join our client's team in Stockport, UK.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling commercial accounts, primarily focusing on renewals with some organic new business. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing commercial accounts, including renewals and new business
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients
- Working with various insurance products, including commercial combined, property owners, liability, motor trade, fleet, cargo, marine, D&O, PI, BI, and cyber products
The ideal candidate will have experience as a commercial account handler, cross-class commercial knowledge and expertise, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Acturis experience is desirable but not essential.
The company offers a competitive salary range of 28k-35k, depending on experience, along with CII study support, a pension scheme, and flexible working arrangements.
