Customer Experience Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Customer Service Executive to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences at Entain Group. As a key holder, you'll be responsible for opening and closing the shop, and working a mix of long opening shifts, long closing shifts, and shorter evening shifts, varying week to week.
About the Job:
- This is an excellent opportunity to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- As a Retail Customer Service Executive, you'll be responsible for demonstrating products and betting terminals to customers, taking bets on various sports and events, and handling customer complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
- Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively.
- Comfort working alone or as part of a team.
Working Patterns:
- Our shops can be open from Monday to Sunday 8am - 10pm, including weekends and bank holidays.
