Customer Experience Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail operations and drive business growth. As a key member of the DiDixital Impresores team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day store activities, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and fostering a positive work environment.
Main Responsibilities- Manage store operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
- Mentor and coach team members to achieve their full potential and deliver exceptional results.
About You
- You have at least 1 year of experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role within the retail or hospitality industry.
- You possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
