Job Overview: We are seeking a Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Winemark. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maximizing sales and profit.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of an EPOS system and cash handling, as well as stock handling and control. They will also have leadership qualities, demonstrating their potential to lead a team and set a positive example.

A competitive salary of $45,000 per annum is offered, plus a valid driving license and access to a car. If you are a customer-focused individual with a passion for wine, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining excellent knowledge of store products
- Identifying selling opportunities and acting on them
- Assisting and supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of the business

Skills and Qualifications:
- Maths and English GCSE (Grade C or above) or equivalent
- Previous supervisory experience in a retail or customer-focused environment
- NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Customer Service or Retail Operations or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
