Job Description

This is a key leadership role that requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing high-performing teams and delivering results-driven services. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement, improve service delivery, and drive business growth.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; or a minimum of five years' experience in a similar role within the social housing sector.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in a management/supervisory capacity within the social housing sector.
  • Strong understanding of data protection, equality legislation, and housing legislation.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills.
