You will be responsible for managing a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance management. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the store is running efficiently and effectively, which includes managing inventory, scheduling, and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of retail or restaurant management experience, strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for coffee and the Starbucks brand. An estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
