Customer Experience Director

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing multiple customer accounts and developing successful partnerships.
In this role, you will take ownership of existing accounts, onboard new partners/customers, and grow existing relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and provide product support to customers. Your excellent analytical and data interpretation skills will enable you to monitor and report on business activities, providing accurate and timely reports to customers and the customer success manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a customer-facing, account management role.
- Experience of managing and maximizing the profitability of multiple B2B relationships.
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proven ability to self-educate.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (DOE) + up to 15% bonus.
Location: Belfast.
