Customer Experience Professional

Company Overview: At Realtime Recruitment, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are now seeking a Customer Experience Professional to join our team in Belfast.
Salary: ££60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer success and client account growth through effective onboarding, relationship building, and negotiation. Your goal will be to develop and execute strategies to increase client account growth and become responsible for the full customer success cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase client account growth.
- Manage the full customer success cycle, including onboarding and relationship management.
- Negotiate with clients to increase revenue and expand relationships.
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer success or a related field, strong knowledge of the software customer success cycle, and a consultative approach with excellent communication skills.
