Key Responsibilities:
- Provide world-class customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making informed decisions to drive business growth
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that meet or exceed targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive sales growth

Requirements:
- 1 year+ of supervisory or management experience in a retail or customer-focused environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- A valid driver's license and access to a car (essential for store visits and travel)
- Availability to work a full shift on Fridays and Saturdays, one of which must be to close of business, and a minimum of 2 evenings per week (excluding Sundays)
