Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Olive Recruit. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our care home, working closely with the Manager, clinical teams, and hospitality teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staff rotas and oversee the recruitment process
- Facilitate resident admissions and maintain accurate financial records
- Support quality auditing processes to ensure high efficiency
Requirements:
- Level 2/3 qualification in Business Administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management
