Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff rotas and oversee the recruitment process
  • Facilitate resident admissions and maintain accurate financial records
  • Support quality auditing processes to ensure high efficiency

Requirements:

  • Level 2/3 qualification in Business Administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management
