Hourly Rate: From £14.00 per hour

Qualification: Level 2/3 in Business Administration is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage rotas and pay staff using the staff rota system
  • Run the staff recruitment process
  • Conduct 'Show arounds' the home
  • Facilitate resident admission into the home and keep accurate resident financial records
  • Ensure invoices are checked and paid
  • Support the 'enabling residents to live their best lives' initiative
  • Liaise with departments to support efficiency and quality auditing

Requirements:

  • Experienced administrator, ideally in the Health Care Sector

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be key to the smooth running of the home, working closely with the Manager, clinical teams and hospitality teams. You will be welcoming visitors to the home, getting to know residents and families, and taking pride in your work to help others.
