Job Title: 2nd Line Technical IT Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team as a 2nd Line Technical IT Support Specialist. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to our customers, resolving complex IT issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve complex IT issues, including hardware, software, and network problems
  • Collaborate with the 1st Line Support team to ensure seamless handovers and effective issue resolution
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates and hardware checks
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of new technologies and trends in the IT industry

Requirements:

  • Advanced 1st or 2nd Line Support experience in a similar role
  • Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of Microsoft technologies and network administration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Full driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites (if required)
