Empowering Students with Special Needs

Randstad Student Support is seeking a reliable and committed Academic Notetaker to work with students in Hereford. This part-time role involves providing essential note-taking services to students with special needs, while also gaining the opportunity to learn something new every day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend lectures and seminars to take accurate and legible notes for students with special needs
  • Review notes at the end of the lecture to ensure they are in a suitable format for the student to access effectively
  • Maintain a professional relationship with students and work within the policies and procedures of the institution
  • Act in the best interests of learners at all times
Requirements:
  • Neat handwriting and ability to produce notes in a legible and presentable manner
  • Good typing skills and accurate spelling and grammar skills
  • Punctuality and reliability, with the ability to work quickly and under time restrictions
  • Good organisational skills and ability to work independently
