Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Partnership Sales Manager to join our team in Stoke-on-Trent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the performance of retail partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to enhance sales outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional looking to take their career to the next level. You will have the chance to work closely with our marketing team to develop campaigns, events, and POS materials, and establish and maintain a strong pipeline of retail partners to support long-term growth.

Responsibilities:
• Source and onboard new retail partners that align with business objectives
• Monitor and manage partner performance to maximize sales outcomes
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales outcomes
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns, events, and POS materials
• Establish and maintain a strong pipeline of retail partners
• Mentor and motivate retail partners to foster their success and strengthen relationships

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in partnership or sales roles, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Knowledge of the telecoms and fibre broadband industry is highly desirable.

Salary:£42,000 p.a.
