Retail Sales and Partnerships Executive

We are seeking a skilled Partnership Sales Manager to join our team in Stoke-on-Trent. As a Partnership Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the performance of retail partnerships, sourcing and onboarding new partners, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional looking to take their career to the next level. You will have the chance to work closely with our marketing team to develop campaigns, events, and POS materials, and establish and maintain a strong pipeline of retail partners to support long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, source, and onboard retail partners that align with business objectives
• Monitor and manage partner performance to maximize sales outcomes
• Prepare detailed reports and forecasts for the sales management team
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns, events, and POS materials
• Establish and maintain a strong pipeline of retail partners to support long-term growth
• Mentor and motivate retail partners to foster their success and strengthen relationships
The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, a proven track record in partnership or sales roles, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is also essential. Knowledge of the telecoms and fibre broadband industry is highly desirable.
