Purpose of the Role:

As a Deputy Store Manager Lead, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our stores. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales growth, enhance customer experience, and develop a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You'll be responsible for managing store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff supervision.
  • You'll identify opportunities to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • You'll provide coaching and guidance to store staff, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their full potential.
  • You'll work collaboratively with the buying team to select products that meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
  • You'll manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure the store meets its targets.
  • You'll build strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and improve profitability.
  • You'll stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure the store remains competitive.
  • You'll contribute to the development of marketing campaigns, promotional events, and social media content to engage customers and drive footfall.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Proven experience in retail management, with a track record of driving sales growth and improving customer experience.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising principles, with the ability to create engaging displays and presentations.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
