This role plays a key part in assisting the Store Manager in driving store performance. As an inspirational leader, you'll continually motivate and guide colleagues to deliver a consistent customer journey and create an environment for success.

You will possess people skills, operational efficiency, and commercial acumen to drive business growth forward.

• Customer Experience: Showcase outstanding in-store customer service by putting customers at the forefront of all interactions.
• Productivity: Support the Store Manager in driving high productivity by creating an environment where the team strives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Team Development: Lead and develop the team through coaching, feedback, and personal development plans to cultivate a high-performance culture.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise sales and customer data to inform decisions and enhance collective success and customer satisfaction.

• Technical Skills: Experienced in retail operations, customer service, and data analytics.
• Soft Skills: Emotional intelligence, strong communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Competitive Salary**: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on location).
