Graduate Learning Assistant

About the Role
The successful candidate will be supporting children in KS1/KS2, providing emotional support and creating a fun and stimulating learning environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in young children's development and mechanisms to support any concerns.
As a Graduate Psychologist Student, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting pupils with their initial growth and development as a Primary School Teaching Assistant.
- Providing emotional support and building rapport with the children.
- Working with staff to create a fun and stimulating learning environment.
- Comfortable supporting SEN requirements, including ASD, Autism, and challenging behaviour.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree graded 2:2 or above.
- Previous experience working with children, whether in childcare, tutoring, nursery, sports settings, charity work, or in a similar classroom setting.
- Any experience or interest in supporting children with SEN would be a huge advantage for this role.
What We Offer
