Graduate Learning and Development Assistant

Academics Ltd is a fantastic school located just outside of Witney, looking for a graduate with a passion for working with at-risk young people. The school caters for pupils with complex social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
In this role, you will support pupils with social and emotional difficulties, challenging behaviours, and low self-esteem. You will also play a significant role in ensuring students make positive choices and engage in learning. This includes working 1:1 and in group settings with vulnerable students, supporting them with anxiety, social withdrawal, anger issues, trauma, grief, and social difficulties.
We require an empathetic individual with an interest in helping others, ready for a challenge and able to work with diverse student needs. A graduate degree in Criminology or Psychology (or related field) is required. The salary range for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, based on location we estimate that the total cost of living will be approximately £28,000 - £33,000 per year.
