Mental Health Teaching Assistant

In this role, you will work closely with children aged 11-16, supporting their emotional well-being and helping them manage challenging behaviour. You will also collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement individualised support plans, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in Psychology or Criminology, or equivalent experience as a Teaching Assistant. You should also have experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
