In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' lives while advancing your career. As a skilled practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing patient-specific programmes of care/interventions under the Care Programme Approach (CPA). You will act as CPA Care Coordinator for a caseload of patients, providing home treatment for those experiencing mental health crises. Additionally, you will support junior staff members in managing clients with complex needs and lead specialty work in Day hospital settings regarding clients with personality disorders.

We offer a competitive salary of £26.50 per day, paid registration fees, and a comprehensive benefits package including a £250 find your own job bonus, a £350 referral fee, and a £500 annual bonus. You will also receive two free high-quality tunics available in multiple colours and sizes. To be successful in this role, you must possess Registered Mental Nurse qualifications, experience working in adult mental health settings, and the ability to work independently as part of a multi-disciplinary team. This position is based at The Nuffield Health Centre, Welch Way, Witney, OX28 6JQ.
