We are seeking a motivated and caring Graduate Educational Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. This exciting opportunity allows you to develop your skills and experience in education while making a positive impact on the lives of young children.

The successful candidate will possess a strong interest in child psychology and have previous experience working with children, education, or a related field. A graduate degree graded 2:2 or above is highly desirable, and experience in supporting children with SEN would be a significant advantage.

This role offers a competitive salary of £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, reflecting the importance we place on attracting and retaining talented individuals. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the growth and development of young children in Key Stage 1 or 2
  • Conducting 1:1 learning and small group sessions outside the classroom setting
  • Supporting pupils with additional needs when required
  • Building rapport with our pupils and providing emotional support
  • Working with staff to create a fun and stimulating learning environment
