About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to work as a Graduate Youth Worker with at-risk young people in a challenging community. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience working with vulnerable students and make a positive impact on their lives.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting students with complex social, emotional, and mental health challenges. This includes working one-to-one and in group settings to assist students in making positive choices and guiding their behaviour. The goal is to increase student engagement in and outside the classroom, promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.

We are looking for an empathetic individual who is passionate about helping others, ready for a challenge, and has an interest in SEMH difficulties.
