Graduate Behaviour Coach

Academics Ltd is looking for a talented Graduate Behaviour Mentor to join our team. As a key member of our SEN department, you will work directly with students aged 4 to 11 years old, promoting social, emotional, and mental health growth.
This rewarding role requires a graduate with a strong understanding of child development and a passion for supporting vulnerable young people. A degree in Psychology or a related field is preferred.
The position entails:
- Developing and implementing behaviour management plans
- Providing one-on-one support and group interventions
- Contributing to the creation of a safe and inclusive learning environment
The estimated salary for this role is £83-£90 per day, offering a competitive package for the right candidate.
