Behavioural Support Educator

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join our specialist school in Witney. This Behaviour Teaching Assistant role is ideal for a Psychology or Criminology graduate, or an experienced Teaching Assistant looking to expand their expertise in Special Educational Needs and Behaviour.
The successful candidate will work closely with children aged 11-16, supporting their emotional well-being and helping them manage challenging behaviour. They will also collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement individualised support plans, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Essential Requirements:
- Degree in Psychology or Criminology, or equivalent experience as a Teaching Assistant.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
