Role Overview

At Academics Ltd, we're committed to providing exceptional educational support to Key Stage 1 students in Witney, Oxfordshire.

We're seeking a dedicated Education and Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you'll work closely with students, parents, and teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

In this role, you'll provide one-to-one attention, group work, and emotional support to help students develop social and emotional skills, build trust, and feel valued within the school community.

  • Safeguarding: Be vigilant and proactive in ensuring each child's safety and well-being.
  • Emotional Support: Provide individualized attention and group work to help students develop essential life skills.
  • Building Trust: Foster meaningful relationships with students to help them feel safe, supported, and valued within the school community.

The ideal candidate will possess empathy, patience, and experience in safeguarding and pastoral care. You'll also require behavior management skills and a commitment to making a positive impact on each child's life.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, to ensure that our employees are fairly compensated for their hard work and dedication.
