About the Role

We are looking for an individual with a strong educational background and excellent communication skills to support our teaching staff in delivering high-quality learning experiences for students with ADHD, ASD, Asperger's, and other learning difficulties.

  • The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Assist with 1:1 interventions and small group learning sessions to ensure all students have access to additional support when needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need:

  • A Psychology degree (2:2 or higher)
  • Strong knowledge in English, Maths, and Science (GCSE A-C)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a commitment to inclusivity

Salary: £22,500 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience.
