About the RoleWe are looking for an individual with a strong educational background and excellent communication skills to support our teaching staff in delivering high-quality learning experiences for students with ADHD, ASD, Asperger's, and other learning difficulties.
- The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
- Assist with 1:1 interventions and small group learning sessions to ensure all students have access to additional support when needed.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need:
- A Psychology degree (2:2 or higher)
- Strong knowledge in English, Maths, and Science (GCSE A-C)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to inclusivity
Salary: £22,500 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience.
