Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Inclusive Learning Facilitator to join our team at Academics Ltd. As an Inclusive Learning Facilitator, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and personal growth of students with special educational needs.

- You will assist teachers in planning and delivering dynamic lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Your ability to adapt to new content and implement creative strategies will be essential in creating an inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities
- Assist classroom activities by working closely with teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons.
- SUPPORT AND NURTURE THE ENVIRONMENT FOR STUDENTS TO ABSORB A SOLID FOUNDATION OF THEIR EDUCATION.
- Awareness of child safeguarding and ability to highlight concerns to senior teaching staff.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a SEN/SEMH teaching assistant is preferred, but not essential.
- To hold a Team Teach or similar certificate.
- UK based teaching assistant roles: 1 year (required).

- Full time 08:30am - 3:30pm
- Monday to Friday
