The role of a Graduate Behaviour Mentor is to provide social, emotional, and mental health support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) at Academics Ltd's primary school in Carterton.

As a Graduate Behaviour Mentor, you will play a key role in engaging students, promoting positive decision-making, and supporting their emotional resilience. The ideal candidate has a degree in Psychology, Criminology, or a relevant field, and is passionate about working with children aged 4-11 years old.

With an estimated salary of £83 to £90 per day, this position offers a competitive compensation package. The location is Carterton, and the start date is ASAP. If you are interested in this role, please note that the focus is on Social, Emotional and Mental Health Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide social, emotional, and mental health support to students with SEN
  • Engage students in activities promoting positive decision-making
  • SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENTS' EMOTIONAL RESILIENCE
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members
