Job Title: Graduate Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a graduate to join Academics Ltd as a Learning Support Assistant, supporting children in challenging communities and helping to change the lives of young people at risk of crime.

This role plays a significant part in ensuring students make positive choices and engage in learning. You will work 1:1 and in group settings with vulnerable students, supporting them with anxiety, social withdrawal, anger issues, trauma, grief, and social difficulties.

The ideal candidate is an empathetic individual with an interest in helping others, ready for a challenge and able to work with diverse student needs. A graduate degree in Criminology or Psychology (or related field) is required.

The salary range for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum. Based on location, we estimate that the total cost of living will be approximately £28,000 - £33,000 per year.
