Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing a talented team in a prestigious multi-rosette kitchen.
- Develop and implement creative menu ideas using seasonal produce.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen management, including health and safety, HACCP, waste control, and labor costs.
- Work closely with the team to deliver high-quality banqueting events.
