Contract Administrator Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator Specialist to join our team. This role will involve providing commercial, contractual and technical interpretation on contract terms and conditions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for scrutinising and governing contract change proposals, providing high-quality contract drafting and negotiating proposals through to signature.
This is a challenging role that requires strong comprehension of programme technical performance metrics and financial status.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including contributory pension scheme, private medical insurance and 33 days annual leave.
Responsibilities:- Provide commercial, contractual and technical interpretation on contract terms and conditions.
- Scrutinise and govern contract change proposals.
- Lead the commercial evaluation and preparation of contract change proposals.
- Own the contract management and contract compliance activities for the programme.
- Proactively manage customer disputes and complaints.
- Extensive experience of managing commercial and contractual elements of a contract change pipeline.
- Strong comprehension of programme technical performance metrics and financial status.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
