Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Lenovo. As an Executive Director Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our EMEA executives in their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage EMEA Executive Directors' daily agendas and plan ahead for accurate meeting schedules.
  • Obtain travel approvals and make travel and accommodation arrangements in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Arrange workshops, flights, hotels, and visas as needed.
  • Control expenses by ensuring claims are submitted for authorization and accounts are monitored and credited.
  • Support business reviews and customer presentations by gathering information and managing timelines.
  • Format information for internal and external communication – meeting minutes and reports.
  • Provide support to defined EMEA projects.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of previous experience as a Personal Assistant in an international environment.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proven MS Office and Outlook experience.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
