Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Lenovo. As an Executive Director Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our EMEA executives in their daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage EMEA Executive Directors' daily agendas and plan ahead for accurate meeting schedules.
- Obtain travel approvals and make travel and accommodation arrangements in a timely and accurate manner.
- Arrange workshops, flights, hotels, and visas as needed.
- Control expenses by ensuring claims are submitted for authorization and accounts are monitored and credited.
- Support business reviews and customer presentations by gathering information and managing timelines.
- Format information for internal and external communication – meeting minutes and reports.
- Provide support to defined EMEA projects.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of previous experience as a Personal Assistant in an international environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Proven MS Office and Outlook experience.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
