Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Lenovo. As an Executive Director Assistant, you will be responsible for managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing EMEA Executive Directors' daily agendas and planning ahead for accurate meeting schedules
- Obtaining travel approvals and making travel and accommodation arrangements in a timely and accurate manner
- Controlling expenses by ensuring claims are submitted for authorization and accounts are monitored and credited
- Supporting business reviews and customer presentations by gathering information and managing timelines
- Formatting information for internal and external communication – meeting minutes and reports
- Providing support to defined EMEA projects
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of previous experience as a Personal Assistant in an international environment
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Proven MS Office and Outlook experience
- Fluent in spoken and written English
