Administrative Support Professional

Signet Resources is seeking an experienced administrator to support their Farnborough office in a varied administrative capacity, including HR duties, marketing, and finance.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing HR support, including employee record management and headcount reporting
- Assisting with recruitment, from interview scheduling to issuing employment contracts
- Managing right to work and onboarding processes for new hires
- Supporting annual variable pay and salary review processes, as well as performance management
- Providing general office administrative support, including supplies and deliveries, mail and courier arrangements
- Managing payroll for the Farnborough office
- Reporting on Employee Stock Purchase Program and supporting marketing plans
Requirements include:
- Proven experience as an administrator, ideally in a multi-disciplinary role
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and other software
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with a willingness to adapt to a varied role
This is a hybrid role, with split working between home and the Farnborough office.
