Signet Resources is seeking an experienced administrator to support their Farnborough office in a varied administrative capacity, including HR duties, marketing, and finance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing HR support, including employee record management and headcount reporting
  • Assisting with recruitment, from interview scheduling to issuing employment contracts
  • Managing right to work and onboarding processes for new hires
  • Supporting annual variable pay and salary review processes, as well as performance management
  • Providing general office administrative support, including supplies and deliveries, mail and courier arrangements
  • Managing payroll for the Farnborough office
  • Reporting on Employee Stock Purchase Program and supporting marketing plans

Requirements include:

  • Proven experience as an administrator, ideally in a multi-disciplinary role
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and other software
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with a willingness to adapt to a varied role

This is a hybrid role, with split working between home and the Farnborough office.
