Overview of the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced administrative support professional to join our team at Lenovo in EMEA. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing exceptional support to our executives.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will be highly proactive and able to prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring that deadlines are met and high-quality results are delivered.

This role offers a competitive salary package, with an estimated annual salary of €60,000 - €80,000, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted point of contact among EMEA executives, employees, customers, and business partners
  • Manage daily agendas and plan ahead for accurate meeting schedules
  • Obtain travel approvals and make travel and accommodation arrangements in a timely and accurate manner
  • Arrange workshops, flights, hotels, and visas
  • Control expenses by submitting claims for authorization and monitoring accounts
  • Support business reviews and customer presentations by gathering information and managing timelines
  • Format information for internal and external communication, including meeting minutes and reports
  • Provide support to defined EMEA projects

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years' experience as a Personal Assistant in an international environment
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Proven MS Office and Outlook experience
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
