Job Description
Main Responsibilities
As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our Executive Directors and teams across EMEA. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing calendars and planning meetings and events
- Making travel arrangements and obtaining necessary approvals
- Preparing expense reports and ensuring accurate accounting
- Providing administrative support for business reviews and customer presentations
- Formatting information for internal and external communication
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant in an international environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Proven MS Office and Outlook experience
- Fluency in spoken and written English
