About Alexander Lloyd and the Opportunity:

Alexander Lloyd is proud to be working in partnership with a market-leading Pension Administration firm who specialise in providing administration services to occupational pension schemes, delivering exceptional services to its Pensioners and Trustees. This collaboration has led to the need for two Scheme Events Associates to join their collaborative team, working from either their London or Farnborough offices with flexible hybrid working arrangements available.

About the Role:

The successful candidates will work closely with the team in the delivery of Scheme Events administration and other relevant projects for administration clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing scheme events, such as pension increases, benefits statement exercises, scheme evaluation, and admin reporting
  • Supporting regular or ad-hoc projects such as address tracing, data uploads, and bulk mailings

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Current Defined Benefits administration experience
  • Understanding or experience of scheme events processing
  • Strong Excel experience, with the ability to work with spreadsheets and analyse data, formulas
