This is a key leadership role within the Residential Property department, focused on managing and guiding the admin team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Conveyancing Administration, with a proven track record of leading teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the admin team to provide exceptional support services to clients.
  • Train and develop existing and new staff to ensure they possess the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Recruit, select, and onboard new team members to enhance the overall performance of the department.
  • Prepare and manage agendas, minutes, and data for departmental meetings.
  • Manage the diaries and schedules of senior colleagues, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
  • Oversee the monthly billing process, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct regular administration meetings and provide feedback to senior management.
  • Promote business development opportunities through proactive engagement with clients, agents, and internal stakeholders.
  • Play a pivotal role in establishing and integrating the remote support team into the UK operation.

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of client relationships, receiving and processing mortgage offers, communicating effectively with clients and lenders, and ensuring all transactions are accurately documented and recorded.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in Conveyancing Administration, with a strong focus on team leadership.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams in dynamic environments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
