Property Administration Specialist

Mulberry Recruitment is seeking a skilled Property Administration Specialist to join their team at a leading law firm in Farnborough. As a key member of the conveyancing department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of property transactions, from initial instruction to completion.
Responsibilities:- Reviewing property details and advising on potential issues
- Managing the preparation and submission of property documents
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of transactions
- Verifying property information and ensuring accuracy of data
- Coordinating with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and resolution of any issues that may arise
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. A competitive salary (up to £35,000) and comprehensive benefits package are available to the successful candidate.
