Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Review Specialist to enhance attorney effectiveness by providing contract review, claims, litigation support and company secretarial support.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Review, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, NDA's, services, supply and/or purchase agreements, licensing agreements and other contracts of low to moderate complexity.
    • Prepare and review documents related to general corporate and litigation.
    • Review company secretarial matters and provide direction.
    • Draft correspondence and assure timely responses to outside attorneys, company staff and insurance carriers.
    • Research and analysis of law, preparation of briefs and assist with strategy development.
  • About the Role:
    • This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in-office work.
    • Competitive salary and benefits available.
    • Open to Newly Qualified Solicitors with commercial contracts experience.
  • Requirements:
    • Degree qualified in law or relevant conversion course.
    • Experience in private practice or in-house environment with commercial law matters.
