Job Overview:
Leidos is seeking a skilled Contract Change Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our contracts team, you will be responsible for providing commercial, contractual, and technical interpretation on contract terms and conditions. You will also scrutinize and govern contract change proposals, provide high-quality contract drafting, and negotiate proposals through to signature.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the technology industry. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide timely commercial advice to project and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provides commercial, contractual, and technical interpretation of contract terms and conditions
- Scrutinizes and governs contract change proposals
- Provides high-quality contract drafting and negotiates proposals through to signature
- Leads the commercial evaluation and preparation of contract change proposals
- Owns contract management and compliance activities for the programme

Requirements:
- Extensive experience in managing commercial and contractual elements of a contract change pipeline
- Strong comprehension of programme technical performance metrics and financial status
- Ability to take an active role in the performance of the contract and proactively work to identify risks, issues, and opportunities
- Good level of understanding of programme technical performance metrics and financial status

Salary Range:
The salary range for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
