About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Contract Administrator Lead to join our team at Leidos. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the commercial and contractual aspects of our contracts with key customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Interpretation: Provide commercial, contractual, and technical interpretation of contracts with key customers.
  • Contract Drafting: Scrutinise and govern contract change proposals; provide high-quality contract drafting and negotiate proposals through to signature.
  • Commercial Evaluation: Lead the commercial evaluation and preparation of contract change proposals.
  • Contract Management: Own the contract management and contract compliance activities for the programme.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain good working relationships with the customer commercial/contracts team.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive experience of managing commercial and contractual elements of a contract change pipeline, including scope definition, pricing strategy, risk evaluation and allocation, managing queries and disputes in the delivery phase.

You should also have a good level of understanding of programme technical performance metrics and financial status.

What We Offer:

At Leidos, we offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
